Amsterdam was so awesome! It is a beautiful place and there is so much to see! Mom picked me up from the airport when i arrived which was really nice.. our hotel was close enough that we could take a train close to it..even though i arrived at 8 in the morning and hadnt slept much at all that night, i was determined to not waste the day!!

our first mission was to get an “amsterdam outfit”..i know that sounds aweful, but i was almost out of clothes! We spent most of that day shopping and we had a ton of fun..the other part about amsterdam that i indulged in was the coffee shops!! and no, not those ones! The pastries there were amazing!! It was a perfect place to be with all the food cravings i was having.

the next couple days we spent exploring around and we checked out the van gogh museum.. museums arent really my thing, but it was pretty cool to see.. another thing i loved about amsterdam was all the canals! they are so georgous. we had 3 full days there, and then it was time to head home.. we had the same flight home which was nice.

now i am home and getting adjusted nicely to everything here.. i have work and school to worry about now, and i am looking forward to enjoying the summer (once this weather warms up!!).

i hope that my travelling days do not end here, and i cant wait to see another part of the world!
