My posts about Huacachina will be pretty short because most of my time has been spent relaxing. The first day we just checked into a super fun hostel with a pool and palm trees everywhere. We walked around the laguna as pretty much all the restaurants are right off of it. We found a place for breakfast and them spent most of the afternoon lying in the sand around the laguna. The laguna is green and not pleasant to swim in (although the local people don’t seem to mind), but it is nice to sit around. It is was too hot to sit in the sun all day so most of my time was spent in the shade! The hostel put on a barbecue at night so we enjoyed a huge Bbq dinner with a few drinks included!
